Shipping
We offer shipping worldwide! As we're mainly focussed on pre-orders with a 4-6 week wait for manufacturing once pre-orders end, we aim to ship within the same week as when the receive the orders from the printers.
International customers are responsible for any import/customs fees set by their country, which if unpaid/refused your order may be abandoned and disposed by customs. If this occurs, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement order.
EU Customers: We use IOSS which covers up to an amount of 150EUR for import tax. If your order total (sans shipping) exceeds this amount you'll need to pay import tax that is not covered by this.
US Customers: As of the 29th of August, the de minimis policy in the US has been eliminated, meaning any parcels entering the US will be subject to tariffs, in the case of UK to the US it's about 10%. We use a DDP (deliver duty paid) service for our shipping but as a result prices have been raised to 10% more than before.
Sizing
We provide size guides for our clothing in an image on the page of the product! The base garment we choose for printing on is also provided in the descriptions of the product.
During pre-orders, if you believe you have ordered the wrong size, please get in touch with us to amend the size on your order. After pre-orders end, we cannot accept size change requests so please ensure that you have picked the right size(s) for the items.
Ordering
Most of our items operate on a pre-order basis unless stated otherwise. After the pre-order period ends, we send the designs off to the printers which can last 4-6 weeks, so please be patient! When we receive them back we get them shipped out in the same week.
UK orders tend to take 1-4 days from receiving the shipping notification, while international orders can vary from country-to-country, so we advise regularly checking your tracking info!
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refund requests can be made during the pre-order period. Requests will have to be sent to our email scenesofexplicitviolence@gmail.com and we aim to respond to requests ASAP so please be patient!
Return or refund requests made after pre-orders end are only considered in exceptional circumstances, which encompass errors on our side, damaged items, wrong items or stains. Please get in touch if you believe there is anything wrong with your order.
In the case that your order has come up with a high risk of fraud/chargeback, we will withhold on shipping your order and may cancel your order without notifiying you beforehand. If we have detected a chargeback on your order before it has shipped we will contact you regarding any possible solutions to the situation and we will hold off on shipping your parcel until the situation is resolved. If the chargeback is found in your favour, unfortunately we will cancel your order.
